Our Nutritionist

Jieun Wrigley

MS Nutrition Science (USA) - not a medical or dental qualification

Jieun Wrigley is a Nutrition and Dietetics expert who takes a functional nutrition approach to human health.  She received a Master of Science in Nutrition Science from Tufts University (US), and a Bachelors degree in International Relations from Brown University (US).  She is a member of the American Society for Nutrition (ASN), and the Singapore Nutrition and Dietetics Association (SNDA).

Jieun uses an evidence based approach to help her clients restore their health and reduce risks of disease.  By identifying dysfunction and the root cause of imbalances in the body, Jieun is able to provide personalized, nuanced nutrition solutions for her clients to reach their full health potential.  She takes a drug-free, food first approach to help establish sustainable dietary habits.

Jieun conducts an in-depth initial consultation to better understand health history, epigenetic and individual lifestyle factors.

Jieun provides 1-1 consultations as well as educational workshops.

Our Osteopath

Dr Paul Bell

Doctor of Osteopathy (University of Bath, UK) - not a medical or dental qualification

Dr Paul Bell is the Founder and Clinical Director of The Osteopathic Centre, Singapore. He is a UK registered osteopath with over 20 years clinical experience. He completed a Professional Doctorate in Health at the University of Bath (UK) with a specific focus on exploring the role that movement analysis and adaptation may have on injury and rehabilitative interventions. As part of the doctorate Dr Bell set up the first clinic-based 3D Markerless movement analysis suite in Singapore, with the aim of combining research level motion analysis with injury management and rehabilitation. He has lectured on a number of health related subjects in the UK, Spain, UAE, Indonesia, Singapore and Korea.

Dr Bell has extensive experience in a number of areas related to musculoskeletal health. This includes the field of sports injuires and he has previously worked as part of the medical team in professional football in the UK. He has a special interest in the treatment of pre/post natal mums and their new borns and works very closely with paediatricians, midwives, women's health physio's, doulas and lactation consultants to support both mother and baby. Dr Bell also specialises in issues related to the jaw, such as grinding, clenching, headaches and migraines. He has been working closely with specialist dentists for over twelve years to aid in the management of these conditions, this has led to a particular interest in treating feeding/latching issues in new borns.

​

Prior to becoming an Osteopath, Dr Bell was a Royal Marine Commando, one of the elite Armed Forces in the UK. He is also a qualified personal trainer, telemark ski instructor, skydiving instructor and keen ultra-marathon runner. In his spare time you may see him kayaking just off Singapore or walking his dog.

Our Naturopath 

Dr Sabine Schellerer

Msc Pharmaceutical Sciences, Postgraduate Diploma (PGDA) Alternative Medicine,

PhD Human Biology - not a medical or dental qualification

Dr Sabine is a pharmacist and naturopath that brings over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry, with a PhD in Human Biology and a Masters degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, as well as a postgraduate diploma in Alternative Medicine.

 

As a therapist, Dr Sabine’s approach is very individual, integrative and holistic, her treatment plans include nutritional advice after an in-depth evaluation of a patient’s gut health and their medical history. She is passionate about a variety of topics and has researched many aspects of health and wellness such as  women’s health, children’s health, sports medicine, hormonal imbalances, fasting and detox therapies, acid-alkaline balance and homeopathy.

 

Bringing together all her experience and knowledge, she is committed to helping a patient on their wellness journey. Originally from Munich, Dr Sabine leads a healthy lifestyle for herself and her family based on the principles of balanced nutrition and frequent exercise.

Our Naturopathic Doctor 

Dr Radhika Kamat

Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine, Bachelors in Naturopathic Medicine - not a medical or dental qualification

Dr Radhika Kamat brings more than a decade of experience in Naturopathic and Functional Medicine. She is a well established practitioner in Singapore for the past 10 years. Her expertise include gastrointestinal issues, chronic conditions such as thyroid health, chronic fatigue, autoimmune diagnosis etc.
Besides working with whole families, she loves working with children and has wide experience in managing common childhood issues such as recurrent infections, eczema, allergies, asthma etc. She is well equipped to deal with autistic kids and developmental issues. Furthermore, Dr. Kamat has helped many women with menstrual irregularities, weight issues, acne, hormonal imbalances and menopausal transitions.

Dr Kamat is an American certified and licensed Naturopathic physician. She graduated with a Doctoral degree (5yrs) in Naturopathic Medicine from the prestigious Bastyr University, Washington, USA, one among the few schools in the US that provides training in alternative and conventional medicine. She is a licensed Naturopathic Doctor in State of California, USA. Additionally, she holds a Bachelors Degree (5 yrs) in Naturopathic Medicine, Rajiv Gandhi University of health Sciences, India. With her dual educational backgrounds in East and West as well as her life experience in different countries, she is able to connect to a wide range of population of different ages and culture.

Another strong aspect of her practice is having knowledge of both fields of medicine: allopathy and naturopathy. She can bridge the two depending on the need by interfacing with experts whenever needed. Dr. Kamat's array of treatments combine traditional healing wisdom with current scientific knowledge enabling her to better meet diverse patient needs.
