Dr Mythili Pandi
MBBS (Sydney, Australia), Dip OM (SG), GDFM (SG)
Dr Mythili is a family physician who has trained and worked in Australia before returning home to Singapore. She graduated from the University of Sydney, Australia in 2008 and moved to Singapore and worked in the exciting field of Obstetrics and Gynecology in a busy hospital practice.
In 2010, she moved onto general practice and found her passion in it. She is trained in Occupational Medicine and Family Medicine.
She has been working closely with the Breastfeeding Mothers’ Support Group (BMSG) since 2010 and is an EXCO member of the charity. She is a International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) and loves working with mother-baby dyads and guiding them along their breastfeeding journey.

Our Senior Consultant Nephrologist
Dr Behram Ali Khan
M.B.B.S., M.D. (USA), ABIM NEPH-IM, FAMS, Adjunct Asst. Prof., NUS & Duke-NUS
Dr Behram is a Senior Consultant Nephrologist and Assistant Professor of Medicine.
He received his training in the USA and is American Board Certified in Nephrology and Internal Medicine, with Singapore Medical Council accreditation in Renal Medicine. He has over 25 years of experience in the Medical field and has served in various leadership positions. Dr Behram continues his medical practice at both public and private sectors in Singapore and his Teaching and Research activities at National University of Singapore and Duke-NUS.
Dr Behram has a keen interest in Chronic Disease management, Kidney Disease, Hypertension, Diabetes, Obesity, Longevity Medicine, Internal Medicine disorders, Dialysis and Acute Kidney injuries. He also performs Interventional Nephrology procedures.

Having worked in 5 countries and making Singapore his home for the past 10 years, he brings a blend of evidence based practice suited to the cultural and local needs of his patients.

Jieun Wrigley
MS Nutrition Science (USA)
Jieun graduated from the Friedman School of Nutrition Science at Tufts University in the USA and she also holds bachelor's degree in economics from Brown University.

Jieun believes that nutrition is a fundamental pillar of health and diet is an undeniable yet modifiable factor that exerts one of the greatest impacts on human health and well-being.
​
Jieun's approach is data driven, evidence based and focuses on systemic view of body systems. With her food first approach, Jieun provides nuanced nutrition solutions to help patients reach their full health potential.

Jieun identifies the root causes of patients' health problems and provides patients with structured plans to achieve their health goals. She provides a personalized dynamic nutritional strategy based on diverse individual variables like metabolic profile, lifestyle and socio-economic environment.

Her analytical and investigative approach to health is shaped by her past career path. Prior to becoming a nutrition consultant, Jieun worked as an investment banker and broadcaster journalist.

Dr Paul Bell
BSc Hon Osteopathy
Dr Paul Bell is the Founder and Clinical Director of The Osteopathic Centre, Singapore. He is a UK registered osteopath with over 20 years clinical experience. He completed a Professional Doctorate in Health at the University of Bath (UK) with a specific focus on exploring the role that movement analysis and adaptation may have on injury and rehabilitative interventions. As part of the doctorate Dr Bell set up the first clinic-based 3D Markerless movement analysis suite in Singapore, with the aim of combining research level motion analysis with injury management and rehabilitation. He has lectured on a number of health related subjects in the UK, Spain, UAE, Indonesia, Singapore and Korea.

Dr Bell has extensive experience in a number of areas related to musculoskeletal health. This includes the field of sports injuires and he has previously worked as part of the medical team in professional football in the UK. He has a special interest in the treatment of pre/post natal mums and their new borns and works very closely with paediatricians, midwives, women's health physio's, doulas and lactation consultants to support both mother and baby. Dr Bell also specialises in issues related to the jaw, such as grinding, clenching, headaches and migraines. He has been working closely with specialist dentists for over twelve years to aid in the management of these conditions, this has led to a particular interest in treating feeding/latching issues in new borns.
​
Prior to becoming an Osteopath, Dr Bell was a Royal Marine Commando, one of the elite Armed Forces in the UK. He is also a qualified personal trainer, telemark ski instructor, skydiving instructor and keen ultra-marathon runner. In his spare time you may see him kayaking just off Singapore or walking his dog.

Dr Sabine is a pharmacist and naturopath that brings over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry, with a PhD in Human Biology and a Masters degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, as well as a postgraduate diploma in Alternative Medicine.
As a therapist, Dr Sabine’s approach is very individual, integrative and holistic, her treatment plans include nutritional advice after an in-depth evaluation of a patient’s gut health and their medical history. She is passionate about a variety of topics and has researched many aspects of health and wellness such as women’s health, children’s health, sports medicine, hormonal imbalances, fasting and detox therapies, acid-alkaline balance and homeopathy.
Bringing together all her experience and knowledge, she is committed to helping a patient on their wellness journey. Originally from Munich, Dr Sabine leads a healthy lifestyle for herself and her family based on the principles of balanced nutrition and frequent exercise.

Rabia Shah

Originally from the UK, Rabia graduated with a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy in 2001 and has been working in Singapore for the past 14 years. She joined The Integrative Medical Centre because she believes good healthcare comes from a multi-disciplinary approach of highly experienced practitioners.

Providing holistic, evidence-based care to her patients by using hands-on manual therapy such as joint mobilization and soft tissue work, and the utilization of corrective exercises and education to treat the source of pain is Rabia's passion.
​
She specialises in Women’s Health, Musculoskeletal Conditions, Pre and Post-natal Physiotherapy, Clinical Pilates and Mindfulness for Health. Rabia’s Women’s Health experience includes Diastasis Recti Management, Pelvic Floor Dysfunctions, Incontinence and Pelvic Pain.

Rabia enjoys treating complex pain disorders and her approach to Chronic Pain management focuses on using neuroplasticity to re-program and reduce over-active danger signals in the brain and nervous system. Dr. Radhika Kamat

Dr. Radhika Kamat brings more than a decade of experience in Naturopathic and Functional Medicine. She is a well established practitioner in Singapore for the past 10 years. Her expertise include gastrointestinal issues, chronic conditions such as thyroid health, chronic fatigue, autoimmune diagnosis etc.
Besides working with whole families, she loves working with children and has wide experience in managing common childhood issues such as recurrent infections, eczema, allergies, asthma etc. She is well equipped to deal with autistic kids and developmental issues. Furthermore, Dr. Kamat has helped many women with menstrual irregularities, weight issues, acne, hormonal imbalances and menopausal transitions.

Amanda Sheroff is a trained licensed psychotherapist from The United States.
