Our Senior Nutritionist & Wellness Development Manager

Marie Belin

Marie Belin is a dedicated holistic nutritionist with over four years of experience specializing in women’s health, metabolic wellness, stress management, fertility, and perimenopause. Her expertise lies in integrating evidence-based nutrition with a compassionate, whole-person approach to address the root causes of hormonal imbalances and metabolic challenges. 

 

Passionate about empowering women, Marie provides personalized guidance to help her clients navigate the physical and emotional complexities of fertility issues, and perimenopause, improve longevity, and achieve lasting vitality. With a focus on sustainable wellness, she combines nutrition strategies, lifestyle adjustments, and stress management techniques to create tailored solutions that promote balance and resilience.

​Marie’s commitment to fostering holistic wellness is evident in her collaborative approach, working closely with medical practitioners and allied health professionals to deliver comprehensive care. She believes in meeting her clients where they are and guiding them toward their health goals with understanding and support.

​She follows an 80-20 diet approach (80% foundational health, 20% enjoyable foods). Hayley believes that nourishing the body should not only promote wellness but also bring joy and satisfaction. Through education and support, she helps clients navigate the complexities of nutrition.

Background

Hayley began her career in 2014 by leading nutrition workshops. She subsequently transitioned into one-on-one and family health coaching. Her clients range in age from 15 to 80, primarily from Singapore, with others from the U.S., Canada, South America, India and Hong Kong.

​

With experience spanning public health, military meal planning, food catering and manufacturing sectors, she has a diverse skill set that enhances her primary role as a clinical nutritionist.

Our wellbeing expert, counsellor and yogi

Anita Sadasivan

​Anita is a wellbeing expert, counsellor and yogi dedicated to helping individuals heal, grow and thrive. 

She has worked at hospitals, social enterprise and corporate EAP programs, helping numerous cleans to find clarity, manage emotions, rediscover joy and realise their fullest potential.​

As a counsellor, Anita is warm and empathetic, dedicated to creating a safe and supportive space for clients to express, process and heal.

 

She works primarily with adult individuals on topics such as Anxiety, Depression, Stress and Burnout, Emotional Regulation, Attachment, Relationships, Life Transitions, Self Esteem & Confidence, and Caregiver Support.

 

Her eclectic and holistic approach integrates Somatic Techniques, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Mindfulness and Person Centred Therapy.

 

Anita is also an active speaker and trainer, who has deliver talks and workshops on Mental Health at over 40 corporate organisations.
 

Outside of her work in Mental Health, Anita is a dance and yoga instructor, and volunteers her time as a docent at the Indian Heritage Centre.
